Dr. Tareq Emtairah Delivers a Keynote Speech at CEER-MEDREG Meeting
The Mediterranean Energy Regulators (MEDREG) and the Council of European Energy Regulators (CEER) held a joint round-table meeting in Grasse, France. Discussions examined the requirement for attracting infrastructural investments in the energy sector of the Euro-Mediterranean region. Besides, the role of regulations to favor investments was highlighted.
Dr. Tareq Emtairah, RCREEE executive director delivered a keynote speech which presented basic challenges of the MENA region power sector. The organizers agreed to collaborate on developing technical projects to strengthen the exchange of know-how and good practices throughout the region.
