NEEREA is a national financing mechanism initiated by the Central Bank of Lebanon (BDL) in collaboration with the Ministry of Energy and Water (MEW), the Ministry of Finance (MoF), UNDP, EU, and the Lebanese Center for Energy Conservation (LCEC).
