This specific tender is managed via the new supplier portal system of UNDP which will in the future replace the online eTendering system currently in use. If you are interested in submitting a bid for this tender, you must subscribe following the instructions in the user guide. If you already have a supplier profile, please login to the Supplier Portal, then search for the negotiation using the reference number UNDP-SEN-00025, following the instructions in the user guide.
We kindly request you to submit your Proposal for the contracting of an international consulting firm to assess the existing ECOWREX geospatial platform and carry out the design and implementation of the enhanced ECOWREX 2.0 platform.
Your proposal must be expressed in French or English and valid for a minimum period of 90 days.
It should be included of a technical and financial bid (password protected), in seperate documents.
Proposals may be submitted on or before Monday 15 March 2023 at 5PM Dakar Time.
