RCREEE Participates at CARBON EXPO 2013
Within the framework of the Low Carbon Development for Inclusive Growth Initiative launched by RCREEE in cooperation with the World Bank, UNEP, ISESCO and Perspectives Climate Change, RCREEEE participated in the CARBON EXPO 2013. The event aimed at providing public and private sector stakeholders with a prominent platform for knowledge exchange and information sharing on climate finance. Further, the conference emphasized ways to make carbon markets more appealing for the private sector. Carbon EXPO is considered to be one of the leading Annual Global Trade Fair and Conference on Climate and Carbon Finance. The event was organized by the World Bank in collaboration with the Secretariat of the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), the International Emissions Trading Association (IETA) and Fira de Barcelona.
