Libyan Delegation Mission to Egypt
RCREEE strives to provide its member states with solid technical assistance to enhance RE & EE technologies diffusion in the region. RCREEE organized a knowledge exchange mission for Libyan officials on February 17-19, 2012 to the Egyptian Electric Utility and Consumer Protection Regulatory Agency. During the mission, several issues will be discussed including those related to the Agency functions, pricing, codes, licenses and regulations with a special focus on renewable energy and energy efficiency regulatory and legislative frameworks.
