LREEAP CS-QCS/001/2021

1.          The Government of Lesotho has received a credit from the International Development Association (IDA) towards the cost of Lesotho Renewable Energy and Energy Access Project (LREEAP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds of this credit to payments under the contract for the Consultants Services to be procured under this project.

2.          The Department of Energy Project Implementation Unit of LREEAP now invites eligible Consultancy Firms to indicate their interest in providing the services consultants. Interested firms must provide detailed CVs indicating their qualifications, eligibility, and ability to perform the services. 

3.          Selection shall be done in accordance with the Procedures Prescribed in the World bank’s ‘Investment Project Financing Goods, Works, Non-Consulting and consulting services (July 2016) and will follow Consultant Qualification Selection Method, hence submissions shall include the following based on attached TORs: i) Information about the firm, ii). Similar and general experience, iii) Qualification of Proposed personnel.
