RCREEE to implement Site-Specific Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (SESA) for 500 MW Wind Power plant

October 3, 2019- Cairo, Egypt:  RCREEE Executive Director, Dr. Ahmed Badr signed a new framework agreement with Dr. Khaled El Degwy, Authorized Representative of the Consortium Toyota Tsusho Corporation TTC), Eurus Energy Holdings Corporation (EEH), ENGIE Energy Services S.A. (ENGIE) and Orascom Construction S.A.E (OC).

According to the newly signed agreement, RCREEE to act on behalf of the Consortium in developing, managing, and implementing the Site-Specific Environmental and Social Impact Assessment SESA and Program of Ornithological Monitoring. These activities will be carried out for the  Consortium’s planned 500 MW Wind Power Plant investment in the Gulf of Suez under Build, Own and Operate (BOO) scheme.
