The GEF project (ID 5331) "Promotion of Investments in Small and Medium Capacity Renewable Energy Technologies in the Power Sector in Guinea-Bissau" is executed by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) in close partnership with the Ministry of National Resources and Energy of Guinea-Bissau, the ECOWAS Center for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE) and the Small Islands Organization for Sustainable Energy and Resilience (SIDS DOCK).

One of the components of this project is related to innovative medium-sized photovoltaic mini-grids, hybrids for rural electrification and productive uses, including the Bambadinca mini-grid (312 kWp) in Guinea-Bissau, which is the subject of this Request for Proposal for its rehabilitation.

Within the framework of the implementation of this project for the rehabilitation of the Bambadinca mini power plant (312 kWp) in Guinea-Bissau, a delegated project management agreement has been signed between KYA-Energy Group and the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREE).

To this end, KYA-Energy Group, together with the ECOWAS Centre for Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency (ECREEE), hereby invites all interested operators to submit their bids in a sealed envelope for the supply of equipment and refurbishment of the Bambadinca mini power plant in Guinea-Bissau.

The procurement will be conducted by Open Tender, in accordance with the internal procedures of ECREEE.
