Promotion of Renewable Energy, Energy Efficiency and Greenhouse Gas Abatement (PREGA 2) Projects

This report was prepared by Ma. Luisa A. Zuniga Carmine. Final Report March 2006. Funded by the Asian Development Bank. The purpose of the regional technical assistance (TA) is to promote investments in renewable energy, energy efficiency and greenhouse gas abatement (REGA) technologies that will increase access to energy by the poor, realize other strategic development objectives, and help reduce greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.  This is a follow-up TA to a desk study conducted in 2004 that included Samoa.
